Is There a Good Prognosis After TPA and DNA?
TPA and DNA are injected into the tube directly, you're clamping it. If this is something that has gone on for quite some time, they can get trapped lung. Rarely they'll try TPA and DNA again, like if someone's not a surgical candidate,. This is when you would talk to surgery about doing a VATS. Yep, clean it out, decorticate it, get everything out.
