I think perspectives is maybe the most important part of learning how to use Omni focus because it can hold so much information. It can be really addictive to add a ton of metadata and all of the contexts like an energy level in a vehicle or what room I'm in. But sometimes that just becomes a distraction. And after you add about 10 of them, they start to get kind of messy. So I'm a big fan of customizing your space and using emojis and visual things to make it feel delightful and make it visually clear.
