I Think It's a Bluff by Puton of the Military Response

CNN's John Defterios says the threat to use chemical and nuclear weapons is a bluff. The russians are already grinding out victory through siege warfare, bombarding cities into submission according to defterios. He believes that if puton uses these threats without necessarly meaning to carry them out, it will change the calculus. Ando: We need to stop taking things off the table, right? Stop talking about things you're not going to do. It certainly isn't the kind of a signal we should be sending.
