General strengthening is so important because you're just kind of in some ways, you know with jujitsu like we said we have certain positions certain techniques and movements that we kind of overdue So building a general, you know Balance to the muscles. When you don't have you have certain muscles Overpowering others. You're gonna have your more susceptible to injuries Because you've got more power Pulling at different things without other muscles being able to De like decelerate those movements.
