The Supreme Court's Ethics Policies
There are a lot of people on the left who now hate the Supreme Court because it's not theirs. The whole argument of court packing was an argument that the Supreme Court was illegitimate. And, you know, this Alito thing, I'm not as convinced as Sarah and David are that it was bad for him to write that Wall Street Journal pre-buddle thing. But at the same time, I think the idea that somehow he is selling votes for a seat on a private jet is just nonsense.
