The Beginning Process of Talking About Your Innermost Fears

The idea of talking about all my innermost fears to some one else, especially a stranger, especially a girl, is scary. But once i realized that putting it all on the outside didn't change anything in a negative way,. Like someone else knowing ally my fears and my secrets and all the horrible things that i've done, it didn't me feel worse about myself. It made me feel better. Getting sunshine on that stuff was so healthy. And i'm so grateful that i did right.
