Intrinsic and Extrinsic Motivation
One of the things that you've written about in the papers that I read was the difference between like intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. So can you say a little bit more about that? Sure. When you're thinking about why you're doing something, why you're motivated to do something, the literature kind of breaks it into two examples. You're not intrinsically motivated to dosomething or extrinsically motivated to do it. It's kind of a combination of both.
