Am, do you think it's important for women to have a mentor interfieled with similar background? A woman having a female mentor? Some one from a minority group having a minoritymentor? What are your thoughts on that? Im if the first thought is an, i should like, have the study ready to quote, i don't. but i think there's data that says like, yes, it does a helmsman pretention. Am, i also think that it's important to have mentors that you can talk to really easily and who ou're going to understand what you're trying to talk about.
