Mark Kirch, Jim, Your Thoughts on Market Timing and Market Cycles

Mark Kirch: I'm in an age where the value of my investments significantly overshadows the additional amount that I'm able to invest on a yearly basis. A large downturn has a real and potentially lasting impact on my wealth, especially as retirement appears on the horizon in 10 to 15 years. Are there times Mark writes in the market cycle when stock prices are so far ahead of underlying value that it makes sense to sell and wait for the cycle to shift? Jim Boulden: In hindsight, February of 2021 looks like one of those times to me.
