"I saw two holes in the dirt, as if someone was kneeling down," says Sonia Carmen. "The weeping now turns into wailing and I see her as a lady, a woman, or a presence." She is petrified when she realizes that those eyes are the very same eyes in the portrait. But this time it's no longer full of sadness: It's brimming with hate.
