I was a former athlete and that didn't work out so well probably because I didn't have this stuff sorted. When I first learnt mindfulness, it was like everything made sense to me. But realistically, I'd give myself a two out of 10 every day. Like that's how hard it is in today's world. So we tend to see if people seek it out themselves and go on that journey that it's a really powerful, incredible journey. We think often enough becomes a belief. And now I act off those beliefs.
