How to Be a Successful Instructor in an Academy
I think unfortunately enough where my academy doesn't have 1000 students and I personally do a go above and beyond in my opinion to really get to know every student who is on boarding. And you bring up a great point too about how challenging this can be for a lot of instructors to do. So, you know, I try to be on a mat 15 minutes before class. Matter of fact, I should be on amat. But it's not necessarily that we answering every question, but we making ourselves very, very accessible as an instructor. That was a first step of really going above and beyond to knowing those people.
