The strategy for both is, I mean, it's almost identical. Let's talk about breaking a bad habit because I think a lot of people find that to be harder than starting a new one. So in the book, I talk about what I call the four laws behavior change. They're roughly the four things that you want to happen when building a good habit. Now if you want to break a bad habit then you just do the opposite of those four.
