Renting is not only seen by e people who are renters as the theonly viable, potential way for them to find shelter. But renting is seen by developers, banks and a massive, large scale landlords as the future by themselves. And will talk about this later on in the episode. We were seeing as cities grow and its populations in cities grow, that yes, the average income and unemployment rate might fall, but they are not linked, when you look at almost any data, to a direct increase in home owner ship. Which is a a complete failure of the so called american dream which promises you at least not only shelter, but very, very comfortable shelter.
