The Effects of Sarcomaogenesis on the Biceps and Triceps

The biceps grow better at a more extended elbow position to somewhere around 70 to 90 percent of a flex elbow position yes that's where you move the biceps broccoli growth. The triceps belong in very equally from an overhead position to I think it was to the extended shoulder position so there's we also have where's going to go back to that one we did cover that we have on top of the monitor for eliminating sarcomaogenesis. Ultimately it's the sarcoma link that determines how much titans the stiff segment gets stretched and that's the determinant of passive tension which is obviously the determinant of the sarcomoogenesis.
