I think one of the things about cloud services is that as one sees those becoming big, and financially commercially big, and sort of countries look at this. And it's like gosh, you know this is a big force in our world. Are we giving something up by not somehow controlling what's going on with this? That's an interesting question. It seems to be still, and that's kind of the opportunity to have something that is sort of separately set up - but there are commercial forces at work too.
