How to Be an Exemplary Follower
I just love this idea because I think it works both ways. It encourages team members, faculty to be really engaged in whatever the process might be. And it kind of helps you avoid groupthink, right? Because sometimes if you have very passive followers, they're just going along and not challenging anything. So a follower can really kind of influence and really mold a leader's views. This is also a great way to demonstrate like your individual talent and be recognized for that.
