Fred and I are two people in the business that are there on a daily basis, right? So we run the business. He keeps the trains running on time. His background is, as an ISO awarded economist, very much, you know, okay, yep, mine is a little more free form, thinking coming up with ideas, let's try this. And so that was also very important during COVID, right? Because there were times we were making large decisions and sometimes it was on instinct and we had to trust each other when we were doing that.
