The Priest Versus the Chief

The priest represents the past, collects the past and has a will to intelligence. He appoints the chief who then personifies transcendence in the future. The tyrant tries to personify both the present and the future is always the tyrant. Please note how this is no different from sutran tanta in the sense that you cannot do the te without doing the suta first. If you are on the tantric path, you cannot go into the tantric roun before you've done your sutra and done it well.
