Destin: This was a big surprise to come out of the, the trial actually. If the preliminary injunction by the FTC is held after next week, activation deal is dead. Microsoft has said basically if they're allowed to continue holding us up in this litigation, it's dead. I think we can pretty definitively say no more Xbox games are going to PS five anytime soon. It seemed to catch Pete Hines off guard when he was testifying on the stand.
