Spencer: In chemistry, creating an alloy is when you combine two different elements. And the idea here is you can take a couple of different personality aspects and combine it with something that is unnatural to you. So I was a former athlete and sales and being gregarious tends to be a trait that is a little bit more common in athletes. But on the other side of the spectrum listening and kind of the technical skills are a little bit less common.
