What if I Should Put Myself Forward for Promotions?

As a coach Sam spent time helping him tease out the different paths he can take. This is to help him move from focusing on why isn't this career advancement happening to what are ways I can make this happen. Let's say an opportunity came up next week and you had choices in front of you. One choice is I'm not going to do anything I'm going to wait to see if they call me okay that's what you've done. The other choice is we think about it as advocate for myself and raise my hand right raise your hand that this is something I want to put my name forward with. What could possibly happen?
