Is Dirt Dirt Dangerous?

I grew up just, I think in a normal way, right? You wash your hands after you get home. My wife has those like little disposable bottles of like hand sanitizer. And if she touches the taxi door, even she's like, okay, it's time to sanitize my hand. But nowadays, other thing, maybe the dirt in cities or in areas where they use a lot of pesticides or other chemicals. Even water might be contaminated. So what's our definition of being clean and dirty is also changing.
