The Importance of Neutrality in a Culture

I find it useful to keep going deeper and deeper into understanding why, or questioning why things might be the way they are. But I'm trying to understand these disturbances in our culture as well. The kind of sphere that I'm in professionally feels like it might be getting ever increasingly separate from say, you guys with solid ground. And yet, I don't think people necessarily on my course have seen it or necessarily even notice it. So I'm always trying to find a way to bridge the gap back down to sort of the other space I operate as well if that makes sense.
