It is always best to resolve this stuff that is going in your past like negative emotions and limiting beliefs and internal conflicts which a lot of the stuff that I do in NLP and time low therapy I would say so how would you go about doing that without going to an expert to help you through it yeah. The way we actually create our results is we actually start with thoughts and then we add our feelings and our emotions to it and then we actually take actions or we don't take actions and then we get results and we don't get the results.
