If you say I used to work for that company it means in the past you worked for the company but then you left and joined either the company you work for now or another company. So just be careful with those. And if somebody's asking a bit more details and here's where we have to be careful with the grammar we use, how long have you been working there? How long have you Been Working There? You can do it in the present perfect continues. If you want to talk about some company where you worked previously well then you could say I Used To Work For That Company.
