In practice for startups, and you do mention this in your book, I think it's a somewhat different exercise, pre-customers and post-customers. So if you don't have any customers yet, then it's a hypothesis, right? And you also use this nice analogy with the fishing nets in your book that maybe you can tell us about. In post-customer, you can actually say, okay, what are our actual customers alternatives? That's right.
