The Importance of Turning Around

I felt that when I was working in video games and they were almost always very realistic. And it eventually got to the point where there wasn't much challenge in creating the object. Some of the most loose energetic work I'll do is after doing, let's say like turn around all day. To explain to anyone listening that doesn't know what turnarounds are, and you can correct me because I've never done one.
