Getting People to Organize Around the Bosses

I think the aspect, especially of culture building, is really interesting to me, because i think that's something that's not really talked about much with with with organizing efforts in bot. But then also, like yo that thits tat sprecially, something that is really important for anyone who's, who's thinking about organizing and getting people to organize around it. Because otherwise, you knowyou, you can just get these cultures where, like, we had a union, but, like, they didn't do anything. It was just sort of, like, it was just a thing that existed.
