I love what you said about creating your own story. And if anything springs to mind around, like, what does an example say of a problem that a client of yours might come in with and you kind of either use EMDR or narrative therapy? What might be the results? Like, and obviously, it might take a few weeks or many months. Like, it's not going to happen overnight, but what sort of problem and solution could be found? Yeah. So one thing I've noticed is that they don't often come to me initially for ADHD. They come to me for things like high functioning anxiety folks or people who come from family structures with really high expectations or perfectionism tendencies
