Rich and i, our first goall was, will let's find things that that we feel will have a very high chance of returning capital. We were gush, let 50 some people, 55 something. I that 50, 60 somethingye. And built the team the same way we built the portfolio: thinking about people that we either knew or trusted and that we wanted to work with. It was a, it was, like, i set a lot of luck and good fortune involved.
