The Importance of Sleep

I was always hovering about 195 pounds 18% give or take body fat 17% body fat somewhere on there which isn't horrible but it wasn't great either. As soon as I started logging more sleep suddenly things started kind of turning around a little bit that's the biggest thing that did change is my sleep. In in 15 weeks my body fat went from 18 17% or so down to below 10 it was in the 7 to 8 range and I didn't really change  my diet up a little bit IObviously a lot cleaner but I couldn't believe the biggest thingThat did change was my sleep I was able to actually sleep 6 7 on a on a rare night 8 hours hardly ever
