Is There a Shift Going On?

There's been an increase in unionization in the public employee sector, but everywhere else in our economy has been a pretty market decline in unionization. I think most people think of the Republican Party as anti-union, but we do seem to be undergoing a kind of a shift. The Biden administration broke root or it led to charge for a congressional action to force the railroad unions to settle with management.
