Some people who worked hard with american by flying them a lot to en status, they're probably not all that excited. They've also taken away companion passes, and that is going to be probably something that's really missed by a number of people. So the early reviews that i've read on line about this were largely negative because there were lots of customers say, i don't get this any more. I don't like what they've taken away from me. But ultimately, they're trying to give people status and keep them loyal, but stick with american in different kinds of ways. so we'll see if it works.
