The Arizona Choice Bill for Schools

Victor: Arizona passed a broad base bill so that people could choose, at least to go to private schools. They would get vouchers or refunds from the government for what it paid s normally, for a child for a full year. Victor: The teachers unions are saying this, you're gong to destroy public education. And they won't have our training, an expertis ok, there's an argument to be made there.
