Smell Walks - How Do You Smelt?

Shita says smell walks or linking a place to a smell might seem like a good idea, but she points out that sometimes how a place smells may well depend on something like the time of day. She cites her own experiences during projects and says that the problem with some smells is that it allows us to forget the role people may be playing in creating those smells.
