How to Control Your Response to Life
I remember even really early on when you would talk about just your routine and your schedule which is super disciplined and it's unwavering. Just taking even like working out and I won't go into the whole thing but you do it every morning and very often you do it right after work and it's everyday automatic. If you if you can control that response I think your happiness goes up and if your confidence and everything else goes up so I think there's a lot of positive and powerful stuff in itYeah no I mean just uh I mean be getting to partner with you over the last five years has been great.
