I try and get into the cold two or three times per week, two or three minutes per nd. It's a game changer. You will metabolize food energy much better. I started doing it a couple of years ago. And i too find sona helps me sleep. So that's an athome thing that most people can do. Am not trying to endorse anything. The price point on saunas and cold plunges is pretty hih, right? That's a significant investment. If you don't have space for these things, it doesn't matter if you have the finances anyway.
