How to Reduce Travel Costs in the Office
In Asia Pacific, it's running at about four to five days a week in the office. The academic research says that people only connect with people in the office within 10 meters of where they're located. In Canada, we're running a four day a week experiment. It said to me, less churn, clients happier, so the hidden costs are removed. My position on it has been, I find my kids are probably more conservative than I have become. That is interesting because I've become a little loosey-goosey around these things. So yeah, I'm going to say right now: work from home and work from anywhere sort of more interesting."
