I remember a great story from ellen coleman, the former so of dupont, who would talk about sitting at basketball tournaments for an entire week end and just going up to the top bleacher to do her work when she needed to. So let's go on to our next question. What advice have you given women in my position who may be in temporary roles were theyare not really in a position to shift culture significantly? And we have to overcome age differences and pretty traditional conservatives o work place models. But i am often the youngest person in the room by 15 years or more.

Don’t negotiate against yourself. It’s OK to drop the ball. Sleep. We get wisdom from women who are experts on how we work — and who have advice on how to ask for more money, achieve more by doing less, and avoid burning out.
