Is Section 230 a Good Idea?
Sally Kohn: It's baffling to me that these questions are being raised over things that are just, they're obviously speech. She says section 230 has basically short circuited the question of whether something is speech in particular recommendations made by algorithms and what have you. So it's not even like rational that she would be wondering whether these things are conduct or speech.
