I think sometimes as investors, we do get called up in that process, right? Early on, it's so exciting to say I can get involved into a multifamily project with as little as $50,000 or $100,000. And we don't know any questions to ask, right? Because up to this point, what have we been investing in? We've been investing in mutual funds. Did you ever know the person that you were investing in in the mutual fund? Of course you did. Not in China. You didn't really challenge it! So you take that same approach to start investing in this.
