BlackRock Controls the Blue Checks

Twitter will make it so that if you want any kind of reach on Twitter, you're going to need the blue check. Roger Stowdree tweeted that through. He's going to do soft incentives, which we've already seen him on roll,. But also hard incentives like rate limiting if you don't verify your identity. The identity verification is going to get more strict.
