Is There a Value in Continuing to Practice Non-Linear Movements?
Sometimes there can be like non-traditional or non-linear movements, but then still done in a sets and reps type of way. And if you keep on continuing with it, you know, then you're going to see that sort of like progress because you're practicing that same movement pattern. But then say like taking that shoulder example where you're pulling on a band in different angles with the shoulder, like overhead behind your self, in front of yourself, all that sort of thing. When it's more open and variable like that, it's very difficult to then go, okay, like, did I really improve there? It's more of a sensitivity type thing.
