In the back of my mind, whenever i'm seeing anyone in primary care, any kind of pain or weakness, i'm always in my head like, do they have rashes? Is there inflammatory arthritis? Could this be a connective tissue disease? And so it's good to try to put these together. Im oftentimes it's something else. But am always, i always try to get excited about this sort of thing and not miss it. So look out for the scalp itch in your patients.
