Digital Health and Patient Reported Outcomes

The mobile device is a way of giving and receiving information. We can use those patient reported outcomes in near real time to look at whether you are deteriorating. By picking the pieces out of digital health, we have the ability to design these wonderful new models of care. But like i said, it has to be very intentional and very conscious of culture and insentivisation as well.
