What's the Current Talent ID Process?
Each state there's a state academy program in Australia. You've got two levels and you've got an under 16 level and an under 18 level. Within those levels there's separate talent ID processes that go on. And then from that once they get ID onto the program they then get exposed to a really opportunistic environment where they're provided with superior coaching not just specific to football but also medical intervention, as well as some player welfare services too.
