Google Fiber in Kansas City

The discussion about the people who felt left out of the google fiber application as it were was most prevalent in Kansas City. i'm curious if you could tell listeners a little bit more about that and kind of what you learned from that experienceAbout people that don't feel included or you know how digital literacy it does or doesn't happen over timeYeah so the Kansas City Google fiber i guess we could call it an experiment or project or initiative it coincided with my move to the Kansas area when i first moved here in 2011.
