How Do You Deal to Day With Exterior Noise?
I think we're all waiting for some one to come and give us a pat on the back. We forget we can do that for ourselves, what is wrong with us? My whole sport is based on seven judges opinions of how well i've dived. I try to curate my social media where i only follow people that make me laugh or make me feel good. If there's anyone that starts to make me feel bad about myself, or abad about anything else, i don't follow them. And i don't care to look at things that aren't going to ake me feel good so that's what i try to do with my social media.
