Southwest's lack of a CTO or CIO seems like a big miss. I think this is going to be a more systemic thing, though. Like it's crazy to think that the reason why a plane is not taking off is potentially because you don't have a way to tell the pilot that they're at gate six even though they're in the airport. It sounds absolutely ridiculous.
